Movie Description: Mistress Manners, the head of an international white-slavery ring, is taunting her nubile book keeper who was planning to run away with one of Manners’ slaves. Roxy, one of the rings enforcers, brings in the runaway slave she has captured and the two hapless beauties are subjected to clothespin punishment and whipping discipline (some of which occurs while suspended upside down). Later, it is revealed that Roxy is a federal undercover agent, and she is tortured to find out what she knows. Roxy hangs tough and time runs out for the evil Mistress Manners, as Roxy’s fellow agents close in on her.
